Renovated in 2003, this air-conditioned hotel comprises a 20-storey main building and a 28-storey annex with 564 rooms, including 38 suites, 15 studios, 2 wheelchair-accessible rooms and 101 non-smoking rooms. The lobby houses a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange facility, a safe and a lift. Further facilities include a shop, a bar, a beauty salon, dry cleaner's/ laundry, and 4 restaurants serving Japanese, African, Portuguese and Italian cuisine. The ""Vilamoura"" restaurant offers seafood specials into the early hours. In addition, there is a conference room and a public Internet connection. Secretarial, room, laundry and medical services, as well as a garage, are on offer. There is also an airline desk and a tour desk within the hotel.
The rooms come with a bathroom with a telephone, bathrobes and hairdryer, tea and coffee-making facilities, a direct dial telephone with voice mail, satellite/ cable TV (pay TV) with a remote control and a wide range of film and satellite channels, a modem for Internet access, a minibar, a fridge and a hire safe.
